¡OLE! Safira

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces strong black chilled coffee

  • 1 Tbsp sweet coconut cream

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1.5 ounces ¡OLE! Mamajuana

  • Cocoa powder for garnish

Recipe

  1. Brew dark Brazilian coffee and store it in the fridge until chilled.

  2. Prepare the foam: separate the egg yolk from the white and discard the white. In a bowl, combine the egg yok, sweet coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture with a coffee whisker until it forms a foam. Test the foam’s readiness by placing a drop onto a glass of water; if it floats, it is ready.

  3. Place ice in a lowball tumbler glass. Add the iced coffee and ¡OLE! Spoon over as much of the foam as you like. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
